Hi I am Tracey
I first started training as a holistic therapist in 2003 when I was looking for a career in which I could help people. I started studying Huna Psychology, Advanced Crystal Healing as I always had a fascination with the crystals, I passed those mainly to help myself, these I studied at the British School of Yoga then I progressed to Swedish Massage which I studied at Stone Bridge College and The Sheffield School of Health and Beauty in 2004. I also completed the Anatomy and Physiology in 2004 along with my Massage qualifications at the British School of Yoga.
I started offering my therapy treatments to clients in 2005 and as my experience grew my confidence grew also. I loved the feeling of being able to help people with my therapy treatments and meet people, so that in 2006, I decided that I wanted to keep studying new therapies so I studied Nutritional Therapy and Professional Make Up at the British School of Yoga.
In 2009, I decided to complete the Manicure and Pedicure at Picasso’s Nail Studio and Beauty Academy in Wakefield as I wanted to offer my clients the option of some beauty treatments too.
In 2010, I decided to study Facials, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and Hot Stone Massage at Salma’s Hair and Beauty Academy to expand my holistic therapy treatments that I can offer.
In 2012, I completed Colour Therapy at with the School of Natural Health Sciences and now I am finishing with the Professional Relaxation Course again with the School of Natural Health Sciences to offer the complete holistic experience.
I am now trained to offer light activity groups in and around the community and for private companies. It is light activities for older people to keep active or for one on one. These groups include games, activi chi, movement to music and craft games that can keep you active on a daily basis for all ages. For more information please call for a venue near you.
I look forward to speaking to and meeting you soon.
